Hibrys ("we", "us") operates this online store and is the controller of personal data collected through it. You can contact us at support@hibrys.co.uk.
We only share data with service providers needed to operate the store, such as website hosting, email, payment, delivery and analytics providers. They may only use it to provide their services to us. We never sell your personal data. If data is transferred outside the UK, we use legally recognised safeguards where required.

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and deal with any follow-up. When ordering is available, order and transaction records may be kept for up to six years where required for tax, legal and accounting purposes. We then delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

We process data where necessary to answer your request or perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests such as securing and improving the store. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it at any time.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured infrastructure. We review access to personal data regularly and keep it only for as long as needed.
