To help us sort things out quickly, please include:
- Your order number (it is in your confirmation email).
- The name and delivery address on the order.
- A short description of your question, and a photo if the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Common questions
- Where is my order? Check your dispatch email for tracking. If tracking has not updated in 5 working days, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.
- Sizing help. See the size guide on the product page, or email us your usual UK size and we will recommend a size. Our 30-day fit guarantee covers free size exchanges.
- Returns and refunds. You can return unworn items within 30 days — see our Returns & Refunds page for details.
